Step 1 - Create the Top of the Test

This website is a test to see if I can create ZipGrade compatible test sheets.
Unfortunately, I've tried several ways to create a working sheet.
They have their test sheets forced ... I can't make it read my sheet.

Maybe some day, they will let us use our own sheets.

For now, it's just another test sheet generator.

Important:
Whether or not your title fits the test banner depends on the width of your test. Tests that use 3 or 4 columns of questions have a wider banner than a 1 or 2 column test.   The "look", "layout", and "design" is specific to ZipGrade.

Test Title (optional):
Include Blank Name Box
Include Blank Date Box ... Or Print This Date:
Include Blank Test ID/Number Box ... Or Print This Test ID:

Example of a test banner:

Note that ZipGrade uses fixed size bubbles. Because of the larger bubble size, you will most likely only be able to use 3 or 4 columns. If your columns are very narrow, example, T or F, you can utilize the 5th column. Any "over-runs" of content outside the margins will result in the loss of the 4 square corner targets. Those 4 corner targets are a requirement for ZipGrade.

30 Questions will fit vertically in a column ...

Standard paper is only 11 inches tall. If you number your questions in one column from 1 to 50, they will obviously not fit on the page. Any content that exceeds page size will not be shown on the PDF file. There is only one PDF page.
